What is the message "Too Many Active Users"?

 

This issue occurs when there is an interruption in a synchronization and an intermediary file must be repaired.  To resolve this issue:

  1. Close BrokerForce, run the file on the following link.  When prompted click <Run>, when prompted "Publisher could not be verified..." click <Run>.
  2. This will create a new shortcut on your desktop to open BrokerForce.  Open BrokerForce with with shortcut.  This will take longer than usual to open the program and you should not close the DOS window that opens, it will automatically close just before the program opens.
  3. Retry your Internet synchronization.
