How to copy and paste order items from a worksheet into a BrokerForce™ order:

1) On the main order form in BrokerForce, create a new order for the customer/vendor combination
2) Note the column names at the top of the line items sub form. For some industries <StyleNo> is used instead of <ItemNo>.
3) Rename the column headers in your worksheet to the exact same names of the respective columns in your BrokerForce. E.g. first column "ItemNo", second column "ProductName", and the third column "Qty".
4) Remove any unnecessary columns or rows from your worksheet. Only two columns are required: <ItemNo> (or StyleNo) and <Qty>.
5) Highlight and copy the cells with information in them all the way to the top of the worksheet. An easy way to do this is to click on the bottom right cell and press <Ctrl-Shift-Home>. This will highlight all the cells to the beginning of the worksheet.
6) Then press <Ctrl-C> to copy them into memory
7) Click on the first blank row in the line items of your order. Press <Ctrl-V> to paste

If the item numbers are not in your current product data, you may receive some prompts about missing information.  If product descriptions are already in your products file, that column can be skipped in the copy and paste.

In some cases, this can be done with other forms like Products or <Promotions> on the Products form.  Here is a sample that successfully pastes into the <Promotions> subform.
