Set a Vendor's commission preference by fixed amount in BrokerForce™

If commission due is based on a fixed amount (cents per pound) times the quantity instead of a percentage of the extended amount, use these directions.

  1. Click on the <Vendor> tab
  2. Click <Setup> tab on the vendor form.
  3. Enter "Unit" as <Option1>
  4. "@" as <Influence 1>
  5. Save your changes

This change will be reflected in the commission statement report and when posting commission to orders.

If you have vendors with more than one commission method (fixed and by commission percentage), you will not be able to print the "Commissions Statement" for multiple vendors in one report.  You would have to print the commission statement of each vendor individually.
